Initial recruiter was excessively late to first interview. Things went OK and I was put through to the next round. The interview with the hiring manager went seemingly well and l was told by him personally that I'm going to the next round and someone would be in contact. Then.... I was ghosted for weeks and finally wrote a follow up. Another week later, I received a generic template letter that said that I wasn't qualified for the position. Not sure what happened, but some transparency would have been nice to say the least. Waste of my time.
