      Candidatura

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Redemption Plus.

      Entrevista

This was a few years ago but I thought I would relay my experience. I really thought I wanted to work at this place and since they kept calling me back (multiple times and multiple periods, long meetings) I thought I had a good shot, but it never happened. Judging by what I'm reading here now, it sounds like there have been significant changes since I interviewed. Everyone was very nice at the time, but there was definitely an elitist attitude that permeated the building, probably from some employees more than others. They basically told me that the reason the interview process was so long is because they wanted to BE SURE about the people they let into their special place. Apparently they didn't think I would "fit in," which is too bad - for them - because I actually work hard to make a difference for my employer. Oh well. I've checked the website and I don't think there's anyone still working there from the times I interviewed, other than Ron and maybe one other exec. I am not a millennial but I am still a firm believer in "Employee First." The hard part is striking a balance between work and pampering. It sounds like the new-er COO knows this and that's why so many people have left. I wish RP luck. One more thing, understand that you will ALWAYS have "problems" to deal with no matter who you work for. The key is trying to find out during the interview process what those problems might be - and whether or not you can live with them/work with them. Sometimes you don't find out the truth until after you've been hired. Then you have to weigh the pros and cons. At least then you'll KNOW instead of trying to guess during the interview.

      Pergunta 1

I don't remember any questions in particular but i do recall they were big on one particular business/leadership book at the time. This didn't phase me much because I like those kinds of things.
