Quite pleasant and pretty typical for an Interview. I first had a 30 minute phone interview.
I then was told that I would be set up with their market manager for an in-person interview.
I met with her about 2 weeks after my phone interview.
This interview was very relaxed, the interviewer explained they were making sure they can find the right fit with their company and their current employees.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
