I really admired what I thought was an extremely professional company. I can't imagine working for them and being happy with the way they handle interviews. The first over the phone interview was rescheduled because the interviewer 'forgot'. I had to call them and didn't get a return call until the next day. The second scheduled interview was typical except the interviewer kept sayin 'well, I'm not supposed to tell you this but'...it went fine and I was told to expect a call from the next interviewer in a couple days. I did not hear from anyone for three weeks. I e-mailed and phoned the original interviewer with no response. By the time they called me for a second interview I had already taken a position with another company. For a company who pride themselves on customer service there is a big lack of respect there that I wouldn't want to be a part of.

Tediously a waste of time with like 5 interview stages management waited over an hour after my appointment to start interview slot of applicants for 1 position commission is not even 80 percent of what you make
