Entrevista
I received an email about 2 weeks or so after I applied and setup a call for the week after that. I had two rounds of interviews that involved the Director of Partnerships and the Director of Education Departments. Both interviewers were friendly, to the point and were transparent about the role and what was expected of me in the position. The interviews felt like conversations and helped me understand the community working behind their Education Department. I did receive an offer letter and when I had questions about that (benefits, hours, etc.) they were quick to answer any questions.

Entrevista
Very fun, swift, and relax atmosphere to interview. The process was very useful even for interviewees who were not interested in participating in very many programs. I could tell that other interviewees were also excited to participate in the process.

Entrevista
Once I sent in the application I was contacted the next day. I went through a phone interview, then a skype interview with the art director and the education director. I was offered the job an hour later.
