I had a very positive experience with Rediminds throughout the interview process. After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter regarding a different position that aligned well with my experience. The initial screening was efficient and thoughtful, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was relaxed and engaging, and the hiring manager made me feel at ease—we connected very well.
A few days later, I was invited to a Teams interview with the CEO, which was also an excellent experience. He was friendly, down to earth, and very approachable. Overall, the process was professional, well-structured, and welcoming, and it left me feeling genuinely enthusiastic about the possibility of working at Rediminds.

The position was an unpaid 3-month internship. Had an online HR screening interview, then a programming project to create a prototype using VOIP, then an interview with the CEO describing my process of making the prototype.

I had one AI interview in 2024. At first it was exciting, but by the time I finished telling my family about it, I was convinced the position was not real. It felt and read as if they were trying to train their AI with the answers of applicants. While the CEO then proceeded to check out my LinkedIn page, I was ghosted. I thought the company had great potential, and monitored their page, people, and announcements (just in case the need for my skills was real), but never saw anyone hired in that or a similar role, increasing my disappointment over time. While priorities change, the lack of follow-up and the structure of the interview was underwhelming, especially since I only applied after hearing great things about the CEO. We live in a fast-changing world, but ghosting people you invite to interview is very much unacceptable.
