      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Redica Systems.

      Entrevista

      Recruiter was absolutely wonderful. One of the most delightful people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. More recruiters should be like him. Communicative, honest, and encouraging. As for the other interviews, had 2 interviews with people who knew their stuff, knew all about the position, and were extremely knowledgeable and amazing to talk to. Had a HUGE pleasure speaking with them. My final interview was with a certain C-Suite fellow who didn't know anything about the position that I was interviewing for, and I basically had to educate him on what marketing was more than half the interview. Honestly was a blessing in disguise that I didn't get the position because he didn't even know the title of the position, the role of the position, literally nothing really. Why would I or anyone want to report to that? Oh... also, the job was listed as REMOTE and everyone I spoke to worked REMOTE. Why would you ask me if I could come into the office as hybrid if the job is... REMOTE?! My interview experience was actually so comical I told all my friends, family, and therapist about it. They all laughed and were so happy I didn't get this job or I would've been miserable. A mess honestly.

Regarding your feedback about the final interview, it may be helpful to know that Redica Systems has a strong headquarters presence in California, where our CEO, CTO, and CFO/COO are based. This leadership group works closely and collaboratively with the Marketing function, so we often prefer a hybrid arrangement for roles that require frequent collaboration and strategic alignment with our executive team. As for your experience during the interview conversation, different interviewers use different techniques to assess candidates’ understanding of a role. One common approach is to ask candidates to explain how they interpret the position or define core concepts, not because the interviewer is unfamiliar, but because it helps gauge how candidates think and communicate about their discipline. We truly appreciate your interest in Redica Systems and wish you the best in your continued career journey.
