Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Redirect Health em abr. de 2026
Entrevista
Odd process. I applied online in March 2026. Late that night I received an email stating I had been chosen to complete the next steps in their recruiting process. I was asked to email them a short story: "Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, patient, or client." I completed this step and received another email a couple days later stating that I had been chosen to complete the next steps in the process, which was to schedule a virtual Group Culture Fit session with their People Operations team and other candidates. This was explained to be a conversational session where they would share more information about Redirect Health's mission, culture, and values and where Redirect Health can answer questions to make sure there's a strong mutual fit. The Culture Fit meeting was schedule by clicking on a provided link and selecting an available time slot. I was also asked to complete an online Culture Index Survey to help them "understand your natural work style and preferences so we can build strong, well-aligned teams. There are no right or wrong answers — we encourage you to simply be yourself." I completed the survey and scheduled the Group Culture Fit meeting. The group meeting was a little awkward as there were several other candidates on the call - some had applied for the same role I had. This meeting was more focused on the company and reminded me more of what would be covered in orientation after being hired. Specific roles and positions were not discussed. We were told as a group that we would hear back from them in two weeks and if not to reach out to them. That was about 6 weeks ago and I never heard back and I did not reach back out. We were also told that new positions were being added to the Redirect Health website and were encouraged to keep an eye out for new opportunities and to apply for anything we were interested in.
