Two stage interview 1. Informal to see if you would fit the company culture 2 . Competency and scenarios based questions I felt like the second one went well but the interviewer kept emphasising at the end on expectation for the role at the end & they wanted someone competent which I felt was a bit odd as my experience made was a good fit for the role. They gave the offer to someone else and never gave me an update. I had to chase the recruiter for en update after 3 weeks which is a shame as the second interview took place in the London office and wasn’t virtual.
