Extremely unprofessional, less than 15 minute interview. Didn't ask me a single question about my resume, or bring it to the interview. When asked about ideal pay, I provided a response based on research I had done on similar positions, the interviewer responded "we won't be able to do that, thats the pay range for an experienced property manager".I also asked what the hardest part of the job was in regards to some reviews I had researched, the answer was and I quote "the tenants are mean". My interviewer had 0 HR/hiring experience. Honestly I felt a little disrespected that I had done research on the company, they asked me to make the 30 min drive for the interview, and didn't bother to ask a single question about my resume. I wouldn't have accepted even if they offered it to me.
