It was through a recruiter. Two rounds of interview with 3 different managers and a couple of engineers. A variety of questions ranging from task priority to programming to past experience.

I got connected through a recruiter. It started with a round of interview with 5 people, 30 min each. The second round of interview was with one the engineering managers, the whole process took about two weeks.
