Telephone interview which was fairly easy and face to face interview, also very easy going. I thought the face to face interview went well but I must've said something wrong because they didn't offer me the job because 'they didn't believe I could handle the workload'.

Applied via website directly. Had two phone interviews and soon to be a face to face interview, so I can only comment on the phone interviews so far. First one was just a general interview going through the CV and the interest in the company / IT world. Second interview was an extension so that, but the MD spoke about the health warnings associated with this job - lack of a social scene where the company is based and long hours of work, but the salary makes up for it. **HAVEN'T FINISHED INTERVIEW PROCESS YET**
