Fairly straightforward interview with team lead followed by a case study. They sent an automated rejection stating a poor profile fit only AFTER receiving the case study answers. The case was based entirely on technical competencies. It almost felt like they were taking the opportunity to get ideas from applicants with no serious intention to hire.

Went through a long process and filled out how I could help them promote their brand. I suspect they are just using this “hiring” process to generate ideas for their own campaigns as they have been “hiring” for the past 7 months or more. Same thing happened to a friend who applied to the company. I also noticed they have been hiring for multiple roles but SAME job scope. This was my experience. Be warned!
