Multi staged procedure which was quite routine in the end and not really much to talk about did not take a job with them and it was years ago but glassdoor wants me to write an essay for them

Straight forward process, felt at ease and welcomed by management, first stage initial screening over the phone, followed by second stage on-site. Was contacted later that day to be offered the role and accepted.

Applied online, heard back quickly. Did an online interview after having a phone call and doing some logic tests. Did 2 logic tests prior to the interview. Was a casual atmosphere, felt at ease
