Casual and conversational, but still informative. Mostly reviewed portfolio work and focused on role descriptions and firm's expectations. Overall pleasant experience. The office tour and meeting other employees was helpful in better understanding work conditions and the types of projects that I would be working on.

Why Reed Hilderbrand.
Lots of questions that were specific to portfolio work.
Respectful and normal questions like why do you want to work here, what could you work on, what kind of projects are you interested in, etc. It was over zoom and scheduled after I met them at a school event.
