I had an interview with a Creative Director in 2022, which went fairly well. I was invited to the next round, which was a time-consuming, unpaid, design project. I was instructed to submit my branding pitch via email, and was told that I would hear back about scheduling a presentation of my project to a panel. They ghosted me after I submitted the work, and ignored my 2 follow-up emails asking for an update or feedback. At best, they are unorganized and disrespectful, and at worse they mined free labor from many job seekers. I'm sure their interview process reflects their wider business practices.
