Automation domain round Coding round Coding round and endless coding rounds..... They seem to hardly have a requirement ready about who do they need. Their internal teams have a large have a large communication gap and never on agreement. The Job description is largely vague. HR team asks to come person for a domain round which I clear and then the coding round where they stated I do not know to write unit tests. And then again I was called to design a framework citing that this would be the last round which again was cleared. The HR again calls up states that the panel wants coding round to write unit tests. At one point, their job JD hardly matches to what they expect or what they agree between themselves and inspite of 4 rounds, the HR was still having no data on to select or not. Later I Do not have any update from them at all regarding the interview. I am given a reason that the engineering head expects unit tests , code tests when they hardly have a team of functional automation tests.
