The interview process was initially good. I interviewed first with the hiring manager and made it through to the 2nd round. However, the role was put on hold because they wanted to work out the exact job duties of the role. A month later, I found out through LinkedIn that they were recruiting for this role again but failed to communicate to me. I sent them an email to ask for a reason or feedback on why they ultimately decided not to move forward with me, and I did not receive a response. My recruiter let me know that “they have been reluctant to share feedback.” Super unprofessional and severely lacking in communication and respect.
