I applied via job board. I was then contacted via email for a phone interview. After a brief interview where the mission, job opportunity, and my experience/education was discussed, I was then offered a chance to interview in person.
When I arrived in person, I was interviewed by a panel of 4 managers. The majority of the interview consisted of discussing my work experience and education. I was also given certain technical scenarios in which I had to explain how I would complete and troubleshoot them, as well as explain my thought process and reasoning behind my choices. The interview then concluded with a standard Q&A session about what questions I had for the company.
After the interview, I was informed that I would hear something back within the next few days.
Fortunately for me, I was contacted the same day, and sent a job offer with the salary I had requested. I immediately accepted.
