I was called in rather quickly after I applied. They asked some basic questions, but they placed emphasis on how much I could work and what I need to wear to work. They were somewhat strapped for employees which is likely why. They also asked me rather extensively about my previous work experience (I figure to make sure I wasn't lying), and also gave me a sheet to verify employment with each of my previous employers. It was kind of hard to get in touch with the manager for hiring after this point, but the process was fairly simple. After numerous attempts I finally got the email with details on how to setup my pay (protip: ALWAYS select direct deposit) and the next day I went in for training. I later found out that the general manager (highest position at a local theater) is who helped me on my first day of training which surprised me.
