Interviewed with all the managers and the questions consists about who I am and what I like to do. It was very laid back and was done quickly. They didn't ask any random questions like problem solving,

It was pretty chill. Was told how things worked around the place, dress etiquette, pretty standard stuff. For example, how ushering worked, or how cleaning the theaters worked, how to make the foods, etc.

Was interviewed at the cinema. and in addition to getting asked your run of the mill questions, you get asked a bunch of less formal questions like what brings you to a cinema and your favorite movie, which is a huge relief. I got offered the position at the end of the interview so I would say it's a very easy and quick process.
