Amazing experience, I loved getting to speak with people I would be working with directly instead of being confined to the HR department. Gave me a very clear idea of what the company culture was going to be like!

Explain a time when you have had to work through a situation with someone who was not on the same page as you. How did you overcome the situation and what did the outcome look like?
The interview process was 3 steps, including interviewing with HR, after that an interview with the manager you would be working under and finally with the region manager. I would say it’s a relatively simple yet effective interview process.
