Phone screen, first and second interview. Be ready for a very long drawn out process. The individuals don't really seem to know what they want, except to gather information from outsiders. They will grill you to see what the current industry practices are. It's hard to believe this company is able to grow at all as their process for interviewing/hiring takes so long. Sooner or later this self righteous attitude and reputation will catch up to them.
