One phone interview, no on-site. Two person interviewed me, they ask me introduce myself first, then ask some questions related to my resume, they also care about Bayesian analysis. The overall interview takes about 25 minutes, and the HR responded me in three days, which is pretty quick. I finally got this offer.

Have you done some research for Bayesian statistics?
Video recordings for behavior questions. 2nd round is a video call with hiring manager, talked about my experiences and went through my resume. They also introduced their work and answered some of my questions. The process is smooth.
The interview was very easy. They just asked simple questions regarding work experience, my interest in the company, what makes me a unique fit for the role I was applying for and if I had any questions regarding the position.
I was asked to first complete a recorded on-demand interview, and then a video interview with two of my managers, during which I was asked various questions over the period of approximately 20 minutes
