One phone screen, two subsequent, in-depth phone interviews with department leaders. Last interviewer said they'd be in touch to invite me to meet the team in person -- then they totally ghosted!! The HR rep didn't even respond to my follow-up emails. I know they don't owe me a job, but what about common courtesy and decency??? I've never had a more dehumanizing, unprofessional job search experience. Avoid this company if you can.
