Entrevista
HR set up an interview panel of 10+ for a single day. Some were group interviews. Others were individual. The team I was interviewing to join were all highly competent and engaged individuals. They were pretty laid back as well with several mocking the required behavioral interview questions.
Had 10 interviews during Covid. HR was helpful but it took about 2-3 months. I had to meet with multiple people from various team and do a presentation which took quite a bit of my time

Entrevista
Very unprofessional interview. The person who interviewed me didn't even introduce himself or the company or the job. Just ask a couple of small questions and then in 10 min it is done. I feel this is more like a green card application for someone already in the job and they don't actually need the actual person whoever for the interview. Please don't waste other people's time.

Screening with HR and then interview with hiring manager. All virtual and on camera. No weird or unexpected questions, we actually had a really nice conversation but I never heard another word from them. Would have been nice to have received a “no thanks” at least!
