45-min 1on1 interview, online interview through Teams. Interviewer is nice and the questions mainly focus on resume, previous project and work experience, and some tech questions about SAS as well

There are four rounds: HR screening, Department Head, Panel, and Hiring Manager, each taking 2–4 weeks. The process was manageable with some challenges, but I was ghosted after all rounds.
