The process started great, but quickly devolved into a never-ending cycle. I applied in late June and officially withdrew from the process in mid-September. I had a total of 13 individual interviews. I was told after the final round that I was one of the final two candidates. I was given 3 different dates on which they would make a decision and offer. Those dates came and went. I received no communication unless I initiated. It was incredibly confusing and disrespectful. I finally sent an email to the recruiter to withdraw my candidacy. There was no explanation given as to why they couldn't make a decision or offer. I was given a very basic apology for the multiple delays.
