I did two interviews with 4 different people. If the candidate is not the right match for the position do not ghost them and expect to give a feedback. Also be clear with the job advertisement as once your on the second round they state that the open position is for a junior level. Time is valuable for everyone it would be nice to be clear from the beginning.
