Entrevista
The process took about 2 weeks. I was called on a Tuesday, interviewed on the phone the following Thursday. Got another call the next Tuesday and scheduled an in-person interview for tha Thursday. Interview questions were similar for both on-phone and in-person. The interview difficulty was above average, but if you study up on your interview questions and be more conversational than scripted, you should ace it!

Entrevista
Interviewer was prompt....Asked questions about goals, experience, Talked about onboarding and training. Asked about what my expectations were for the position. Pleasant interviewer, lasted about 30-45 minutes. Didn't feel that I had a chance when I left however. All employees were quite young.

zoom interview with the branch manager, then i had a telephone interview with a regional manager, followed by a final interview at the bank. most of the questions were typical interview questions, and the whole interview process lasted about 3 weeks.

Can you tell me about a time you managed a difficult client interaction?
The interview process was very seamless and easy. The interviewer was very down to earth and welcoming. He asked very good and challenging questions which kept me on my toes. We discussed my employment history and went over the job and its benefits. All in all I would say it was a pleasant experience.
