Entrevista
I had two interviews with a simple math test in between. The process was strung out over about a three week period. The interview was rather simple, focused largely on customer service. The math test was a timed test with simple arithmetic; they're just making sure you can calculate small interest, easy addition/subtraction problems. Overall, it was a pretty easy process and a standard interview.

Tell about a time you had to make a decision under pressure.
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.

Applied for position online. Did an assessment test, personality quiz and math test. Then done 2 phone interviews, an office interview with management. Then did on site training at main branch for 30 days.
