First started out with a phone interview from someone in HR. Only took about 20 minutes. After that they set you up with an interview with the branch manager. Face to face was very casual and not intimidating. She made me feel very comfortable. The questions that were asked were pretty standard to a normal interview and it only took about 30-40 minutes. If they like you then they perform a background test and you have to take a drug test within one week.
