Phone Interview, if you pass, in-person interview in a group of three or four other candidates with one or two other supervisors. The questions were kind of wordy, you have to listen carefully.

Phone Interview was fairly easy .No offer to the next phase was given .HR rep was very professional and lively , as she should be . Will continue to apply in the near future
