After applying, I was connected directly with a senior team member for a first interview where we covered the role, my experience, my interest in Regrow, and exploring if there was a good fit. I quickly heard back and moved on to the next interview, which included a take-home assignment where I created Figma screens for a workflow. This required some research to learn more about soil science, what their product looked like etc. I found the assignment challenging but engaging. In the second interview, the same team member and the current PM reviewed my work and gave feedback and asked about my decisions and tested my understanding. I then was asked for three references, who were all contacted, and I had a final interview with the CEO.
