The recruiter did the initial phone interview. Then he scheduled a face to face interview with the program director. I then came to the interview which went smoothly and in a comfortable atmosphere. After which the recruiter contacted me to say they were interested in hiring me and we discussed the pay. Once we reached an agreement he prepared all the paperwork.

Sent over resume to recruiter and within two days, received a call from recruiter to initiate general phone screening. Interviewed with Area director two days later. Was offered the job the day after interview with area director.
