2 interviews one with gm one with the district manager pretty basic questions asked about experience and leadership experience great interview pretty easy should be fine if you have prior leadership experience

The first interview was with a recruiter, the second was with someone on the marketing team. I thought it went well and I felt positive about it. I followed up with the recruiter twice and was ghosted, and then saw the job reposted on LinkedIn. I find it rude and disrespectful to not even have the decency to let candidates know you’re not interested. I’m qualified for the role so who are these people hiring???
