The interview process was straightforward, it was clear what I needed to do at each stage and I was really well signposted throughout the journey. The people I spoke to were nice, they did ask some challenging questions but if you understand the company and offering then you will be fine and nothing out of the blue. I met a good amount of people from the company throughout the process so I could get a good sense of what it was like to work there which I found really valuable as I was interviewing for another position as well and company culture is important to me.
