1) online application
2) phone screening with recruitment manager to confirm location of role and requirements + organise a meeting
3) online interview - started off with managing director with other candidates and put in breakout rooms with account manager who did group interview and assessed knowledge of the company/how your personality and experience align with their work and values. There was situational roleplaying to show your management and leadership skills.
At the end of the online interview, you are required to do hireview video interviews that has a same-day deadline based on what you have learnt in the presentation.
4) final online interview - not sure who, still waiting to see if i passed 3rd stage
