Phone screen. 2 hour performance task. Lesson modification and presentation. Teach sample lesson. Lead curriculum meeting simulation. Project management simulation. Panel Interview. Individual interviews. Steps added to process as process went on. Several emails from HR contact that contained egregious errors (like interview locations, directions for performance tasks, etc.). Informed HR of the need for a response to manage deadlines for other offers. HR consistently ignored these requests. Instructors and designers seemed genuine and committed. Upper management seemed a little light of brain. Lower level HR person who conducted background checks read questions from a document in such a way that it was obvious to the recommenders that it was happening.
