Interview was a 3 phases process: Introduction, Assignment & Meeting with the management. Overall they had a friendly attitude and very nice & spacy offices downtown. However, as they decided not to proceed further after I reached the last phase, I received a plain email (maybe it was automated) saying "Thank you for your interest but unfortunately we will not proceed any further." After that, I asked for a further feedback on their negative decision, and they haven't responded (it's been 2 weeks since I sent it). Overall, I think we should value not only the empoyee experience, but also the interview experience as well as this was almost an unprofessional approach, compared to their approach at the previews interview phases.

I had a remote interview with Relevance Digital Agency for a Performance Specialist role. After a positive first discussion, I was assigned an assessment as the second stage of the process.
