During the interview, I answered most of the questions confidently and to the best of my knowledge. However, I found the overall interview experience quite unprofessional. There were multiple interruptions due to microphone issues, and the interviewer did not seem properly engaged throughout the discussion.
After the interview, I received a rejection email without any meaningful feedback. Since feedback was requested from candidates, I also tried to understand what exactly went wrong from my side, but there was no response.
As a candidate, I invested my valuable time and preparation into this process, so a more transparent and professional experience was expected. At times, it genuinely felt like the decision may have been biased toward a particular regional preference, and if that was the case, the interview should not have been scheduled in the first place.
