Started with call from recruiter. She was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. First call was a background overview. Second interview was behavioral video interview, not too difficult. Third interview was in person in the Tampa office. Nice office, no offer after third interview even though everything seemed to go well. Only feedback I received was I dont have enough experience (mind you I have 6+ years experience when the posting said it needed 5) but why put someone through 3 rounds of interviews to not select them? Could have looked at my resume and decided not to move me along in the process. Wasted my time.

First 2 interviews are with recruiter and hiring manger via teams. 3rd interview is in-person at their office. Recruiter asks lots of situational questions - to the point where they may overlap with other questions. Overall the culture represented in those interviews is vastly different than many of the reviews which makes you question authenticity
