Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Reliable IT (Denver, CO).
Entrevista
Responded to ziprecruiter.com posting. Relatively quick follow-up with an initial screening interview from the hiring manager. Once passed the initial interview, had a lunch interview with two additional execs local to the Denver area. Final discussion was with the hiring manager.
There was interest in hiring although my salary requirements were near the top of the posted range. This was consistent with what I had articulated in our initial conversations (initial screening interview). After that discussion, I never heard from the hiring manager or company about a decision or anything further.

Emailed resume & then met with HR to discuss. Was matched with this company via my college for an internship. Everyone was very friendly and open to discussing the internship and how the company as a whole works.

When applying online, you have to complete a personality test, which is totally fine and makes sense considering that this is an MSP / customer facing.
Human resources gives you a call if they like your personality test and if they like your resume.
After you complete the phone screening, for the purpose of "getting to know you" they will have you go to this website where it video records you answering random questions.
"Getting to know me"...
Then why did I spend all of that time completing a personality test?
The questions in the video are not standard interviewing questions that you might expect, or even technical questions. They are really bizarre questions that have nothing to do with anything relevant in my opinion.
After the personality test, phone screening, and unwanted video recording, they then have another interview where they ask you 500 technical questions about things that are not even on your resume.
All in all, HR stated that I did very well in my interviews and they offered me a position. I declined it due to the interviewing process and the overall feeling of the company itself.
I have worked for a company kind of similar where the people at the top in the company don't know how to treat their people, and it results in HR having to jump through some crazy hoops to try and keep turnover rate down, by having a extreme obstacle course interviewing process.
This seems to be the situation at this company based upon my experience during the interview process, along with the reviews here on Glassdoor.
