Successful applicants then move to the **Online Assessment (OA)**, which typically includes aptitude tests, coding challenges, or core subject evaluations. Candidates who clear the OA are invited for **Interview Rounds**, covering technical expertise and behavioral fit. Finally, top-performing students receive a **Final Offer Letter**, formally securing their placement and outlining the terms of employment.

the interview was around 20 mins with both technical and HR based questions. Technical were based on my favorite subject and resume based . mostly easy and basic questions. HR ones were related to my future plans.
