Face to Face interview with Account Manager that you would be working with and then a Skype interview or Phone interview with upper management at headquarters. If you got the job you are notified that same day and then receive an offer letter. They do not drug test.

I was contacted about the position through LinkedIn. After emailing back and forth for a bit, we set up a phone interview. It was a very average conversation with the usual questions. What threw me off was when I was asked if I had any other job opportunities coming in. I was honest and said I did. I was emailed later that day to continue the process and set up an in-person interview. I was asked which was closer to me, their Bingham Farms office or their Auburn Hills office. I said Auburn Hills and she seemed a little bit put off by that but we scheduled the interview in Auburn Hills anyway. For this interview I started off in a conference room with the recruiter I had been in contact with. She asked me questions super rapid fire about me, many were the same exact questions I was asked over the phone, including asking about my other interviews. She was very upbeat but it came across as kind of fake. After talking in the conference room for about 10min she took me over to her boss's office to talk with him. He proceeded to ask literally the same exact questions she did, which left me wondering why he didn't join us in the conference room. He even asked about other job interviews, asking which companies I was interviewing with and for what positions. I was honest with him about all my other interviews but it was very off-putting and unprofessional to me. He then took me over to the other side of the office to "shadow" another technical recruiter, which I also thought was a little strange seeing as it is my first interview. The tech recruiter he left me with proceeded to ask me all the same questions also, including about other job interviews and why I wouldn't go to the Bingham Farms office. Finally my recruiter reappeared and walked me out. Overall it was a very weird experience.
