I was given a recruiter who did a 15-20 min phone call intro interview with me. She then set me up with an interview with the DOR at the SNF I was playing for. I had a phone interview with the DOR and then a facility tour with them. There was miscommunication with the recruiter however throughout the process that was frustrating.
