Entrevista
Initially a screen phone with the recruiting director. Then in a week a video call with an Agile Project Manager and the third week with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the hiring manager got me excited in the last interview and I never heard back until I wrote and they told me that "they like me very, very much" but no, thank you. According to the hiring manager, "they will continue to look for someone more qualified for this position” but on LinkedIn the job description said “Entry Level”. Lol!
It started out OK, and then they wanted me to do a 2 hour interview with multiple interviewers. That's a lot of time out of my day to spend doing these interviews, and now several weeks later I haven't heard anything back, not even a generic rejection email. It really shows they don't respect their candidates, and if they don't respect their candidates, I can't imagine how they treat their employees.
