This whole process took a long time, but once the interviews started, the process went by much faster. There were multiple levels: I had to apply, speak with a recruiter, take an aptitude test twice, interview with my direct supervisor, then interview with the CFO. Overall, the process about 2 months from initial contact to start date, but I believe this process has been much more streamlined since I was initially hired.
