I was called the day after I applied with the staffing agency. Went to her office the day after, she basically changed my entire resume. She called me an hour after and told me that they wanted me to come in for an interview. She told me that they would hire someone to take my place if I didnt go in for an interview immediately. Being right out of college, I thought this was normal and I really needed a job. I went to the interview and waited for 30 minutes before I got sat down by an attorney. He asked me what I liked to do in my free time, why I chose the major I did and then explained foreclosure to me. I then got brought down to a conference room in which 3 people interviewed me. They told me that I would hear back from the staffing agency if I got the job or not. I heard from her the NEXT DAY that I got the interview. The whole thing only took 3-4 days from day of application.
