After submitting your application, applicants are shortlisted. At which point a short telephone interview will be conducted with a couple of basic questions. If successful, you will be asked to attend a group interview. At the group interview you will be formed into a group and provided with a task for you to discuss and complete. Throughout the entire process members of the Senior Management Team will be watching and taking notes on your interactions with other interviewees. Once the group interview is complete the face to face interviews will take place and you will then be asked behavioural questions along the STAR format. If successful they will then conduct referee checks. You will also sit a behavioural online test.
